Every call becomes a call ticket.

Three steps on every call, so you always know who called, why and what to do next.

“Brightside Home Services, this is Riley. This call is recorded. How can I help?”

  2. 2

    Confirm

The caller spells their last name and hears it read back. The callback number is repeated digit by digit.

Missed calls are missed jobs.

Plenty of callers who reach voicemail just hang up and try the next company in their search results.

You're on a job

Hands full, ladder up, phone in the truck. The caller hears voicemail and dials the next company on the list.

It's after hours

A water heater starts leaking at 8 PM. By morning, whoever picked up last night has the job.

Two lines ring at once

Your office manager is with a walk-in. The second caller gets a busy signal and a bad first impression.

Your day, sorted by what needs you.

  • Urgent calls firstNo heat, no cooling, leaks and gas smells rise to the top with a red marker.
  • Unsure details flaggedA number that wasn't confirmed is marked for review and can't be dialed from the dashboard.
  • Two delivery statesYour summary and the caller's receipt are tracked separately, so you know who got what.

Appears when the call ends.

Everything you need to stay on top of your calls.

From the first ring to the callback, every call is answered, organized and ready for you.

Every call answered in your name

Callers hear a friendly greeting with your business name and a short recording notice, not voicemail and not a phone tree.

Names spelled back, not guessed

Riley asks callers to spell their last name and reads the letters back, so you aren't left decoding a note.

Callback numbers confirmed

The number is repeated back digit by digit before the call moves on. If the line breaks up, the call is flagged instead of saving a wrong number.

Urgent requests stand out

No heat, no cooling, leaks and gas smells are marked urgent. Your safety instruction is given first, and the call moves to the top of your list.

Answers only what you approve

Hours, service area, estimates: Riley shares the answers you wrote and passes everything else to your team as a question.

A clear summary after every call

Who called, why, how to reach them and the next step, in plain English and in your inbox when the call ends.

A receptionist you can trust with your customers.

Answers only what you approve

Riley shares the FAQ answers you wrote. Everything else becomes a question for your team.

Never promises what it can't deliver

Riley takes a message. It never books a visit, never quotes a price it wasn't given and never promises an arrival time.

Uncertainty is visible

A broken-up number or an unconfirmed name is flagged for review and never shown as verified.

Safety first

If a caller describes danger, your safety instruction comes first. Riley doesn't diagnose problems.

Straight answers.

How does Don't Miss a Call work?

Your calls are answered by Riley, our AI receptionist, in your business's name. Riley asks why the caller is calling, spells back their name, repeats their callback number and marks urgent requests. When the call ends, you get a clear summary by email and the full record in your dashboard.

How do I get started?

Request a demo. We'll walk through a sample call, then set up your business profile with you: your name, hours, service area, approved FAQs and your safety instruction. Before anything goes live, we review the setup together and you approve a test call. Then calls are forwarded to Riley.

What happens after I request a demo?

We reply by email to arrange a time. The demo covers a sample call, the summary you'd receive and what setup looks like for your business. Requesting a demo doesn't start a subscription or collect payment details.

Can it answer calls outside business hours?

Yes. Riley can answer when you're closed, on a job or already on another call, depending on how you set up call forwarding. After-hours calls are waiting for you, summarized, when you're back.

Can it collect caller information?

Yes. Riley captures the caller's name, a confirmed callback number, the reason for the call, whether they're a new or existing customer (as the caller says) and a preferred time if they have one. Anything it couldn't confirm is marked for review instead of shown as verified.
